Tomato Provolone Toast


Toast with tomato, provolone, and basil
 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Aunt Millie’s Healthy Goodness Light Potato bread

  • 2 large tomatoes, heirloom or beefsteak, thinly sliced

  • 2 ultra-thin slice provolone cheese

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp fresh oregano

  • fresh basil

Directions: Yield 1 serving

  1. Toast bread.

  2. Place provolone on each piece of bread.

  3. Slice tomatoes and place on top of provolone.

  4. Top with salt, pepper, oregano and basil

  5. Serve and enjoy!
