Tomato Provolone Toast
2 slices Aunt Millie’s Healthy Goodness Light Potato bread
2 large tomatoes, heirloom or beefsteak, thinly sliced
2 ultra-thin slice provolone cheese
½ tsp kosher salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
½ tsp fresh oregano
Directions: Yield 1 serving
Place provolone on each piece of bread.
Slice tomatoes and place on top of provolone.
Top with salt, pepper, oregano and basil
Serve and enjoy!
