Nacho Burger


1 package Johnsonville Stadium Grillers Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's

1 lb. ground beef

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

4 sliced pepperjack cheese

8 strips applewood smoked bacon, cooked

4 pieces canned green chilies

4 Tbsp. jarred queso or nacho cheese dip

Fresh Cilantro


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Gently combine ground beef, salt, and pepper and shape into 4 patties.

  3. Grill patties for 6 - 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.

  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with a green chili, two slices of bacon, and 1 tablespoon of queso. Finish with some cilantro leaves.
