Delicious Southwest Burger


1 package Johnsonville Stadium White Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's

1 lb. ground beef

¼ c. salsa

2 tsp. taco seasoning

¼ c. sour cream

¼ c. guacamole

4 slices pepperjack cheese

1 tomato, diced

1/2 c. french fried onions



  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Gently combine ground beef, salsa, and taco seasoning and shape into 4 patties.

  3. Grill patties for 6 - 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.

  4. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and guacamole. Set aside.

  5. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with guacamole mixture, tomatoes, and fried onions.
