Cranberry Turkey Brie Sliders

1 package Aunt Millie's Hawaiian dinner rolls. 12 ct.

1 wheel brie, sliced

1/2 can whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 1/2 lbs. turkey

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions: Yield 8 servings

  • Cut rolls in half.

  • Place the bottom in a deep baking pan large enough to hold 12 sandwiches, about 11" x 14" pan.

  • Top the rolls in the pan with turkey, cranberry sauce and brie cheese.

  • Place the top of the rolls on the sandwiches.

  • Brush with melted butter.

  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to allow the rolls to crisp.

  • Remove from oven to cool and serve.

  • Place into a preheated 350 degree oven.

  • Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.

  • Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thick.

  • Serve hot with the warm caramel sauce drizzled over the top.
