1 wheel brie, sliced
1/2 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 lbs. turkey
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions: Yield 8 servings
Cut rolls in half.
Place the bottom in a deep baking pan large enough to hold 12 sandwiches, about 11" x 14" pan.
Top the rolls in the pan with turkey, cranberry sauce and brie cheese.
Place the top of the rolls on the sandwiches.
Brush with melted butter.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to allow the rolls to crisp.
Remove from oven to cool and serve.
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven.
Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine sugar, flour, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
Serve hot with the warm caramel sauce drizzled over the top.
