Ingredients

1 package Aunt Millie's Stadium White Hamburger Buns
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
8 eggs, fried over easy
8 slices bacon
Mayonnaise



Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Gently combine ground beef, sausage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and shape into 8 patties.

  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.

  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with a slice of bacon, and a fried egg, and mayonnaise.
